摘 要:提出了一種全新的利用廢熱來(lái)動(dòng)態(tài)制取流態(tài)冰的系統的構想:系統由三個(gè)部分復合而成.其中工質(zhì)冷卻部分一方面產(chǎn)生一定的冷量用于對制冰的水進(jìn)行預冷,而另一方面其排出的熱量并未被浪費而是被重新利用于驅動(dòng)復合系統其他部分的運行,并完成整個(gè)系統的循環(huán),從而使系統整體的運行效率得到了提高。詳細介紹了系統的構造原理和工作流程并深入探討了其可行性,在此基礎上設定工況的條件下對系統運行的性能系數進(jìn)行了分析計算并將該系統與目前常用的幾種制冰方法進(jìn)行了比較。結果表明該系統設計可以克服目前使用較廣的三種動(dòng)態(tài)制冰的系統的缺陷,而在與過(guò)冷水動(dòng)態(tài)制流態(tài)冰系統的比較中發(fā)現該新系統的性能系數在一定的工況下可以提高30%以上。

Research on a novel ice making system driven by waste heat

Abstract In our study, a novel method to dynamically make binary ice by using waster heat was proposed. A system based on this method consists of three parts, in which the heat rejected from the pre-cooling part is applied to drive the other parts so that the performance of the system can be improved. The working principle and feasibility of the present ice making system were analyzed. The simulation results indicate that the system performance with the novel method could increase by more than 30% under considered conditions. 8Refs. In Chinese.
